My current charecter from an original story of mine.
I can't stand my photoshop.. it's so bad, i like gimp better. it doesn't even have the bucket fill tool ! what kind of photoshop is that? I'll never be able to do cool things with it..
Anyway.. this is just something i did while following Mark Crilleys turtorials on youtube. I like how it turned out, but it was a pure fluke .. i'll never really be as good as i want to. ut w.e decent is better then bad.

I think I know what is wrong with your photoshop (forgive me if I am wrong) ok, so when you look at the tool bar on your photoshop, are there little triangles underneath some of the icons? if there are then hover over one that shows a rectangle with a gradient inside it (mine is below the eraser tool) then click and hold on the triangle. a little box should pop up and there will be two options, gradient tool and bucket fill tool. I hope this works for you. If it doesn't, then well, I wouldn't know how to help you
