This is just something i drew up quickly with copics . I liked how she looked like she was presenting herself, and shes feminine so i wanted to use her as my new ID. it identifies me because its artistic, its fantasy like, its feminine, simple/complex at the same time, and direct. <3

Do not use my artwork stamp by diabolikal-lily

I'd like to start off by saying WOW! Right, now I've got that out of my systm I can carry on

I never know where to start with these things, so forgive me if it's a little haphazard. Firstly, the visual impact is stunning. As I said above. Wow!
The girl is beautiful and her face and physique are uniformly slender and pixie-like in keeping with the obvious theme.

The tendrils are an interesting touch. I still can't decide if I like them or not, but they do provide some of the wow factor. The fact that they are mirrored in her hairpiece gives a sense of theme/continuity. I do like how they appear to opening from the flower (which I didn't spot until I started to write this ) in a fashion similar to a Poison Ivy entrance (Batman) or more classically, Venus de Milo rising from the waves/shell ( I hope I got that reference right, I'm working from memory here ). I'm still not sure I wouldn't have prefered leaves, but that could be personal preference.

Her hair is gorgeous. The half-undone braid gives her a natural almost uncaring feel that fits the overall theme well. They frame her face beautifully and the loose strand falling over her eye gives her an appealing shy quality.

Your colouring is superb. The lighting on her face and the skintones in general are just lovely. The shading/lighting on the flower petals really defines their shape.

Technique-wise, the piece is very good. There are, to my eyes a couple of very minor points that don't detract from it at all. I have to be honest and say that if I hadn't chosen to critique this and look at it in great detail, I wouldn't have spotted them at all;
Her neck is a little too long, especially with one shoulder being raised. But as I said unless you are really looking it isn't even noticable.
The other point is that the hair behind her head appears too well lit. If the main light source is directly in front as it appears to be, the hair around her neck behind the braid/front strands would be more shadowed. BUT. But you could explain this by backlighting though there is no other evidence of this (or against it ). Like I say these are minor points. But we all strive for perfection.

Overall.
Well I've said it already, and I'll say it again. WOW. I wish I could create something as beautiful and striking as this.
